Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kesadaran remaja Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA) terhadap pencegahan perilaku perundungan (bullying) melalui program B.E.S.T yang mencakup Berlatih Sikap Self-Love, Edukasi tentang Bullying, Sosialisasi Berani Melaporkan, dan Terlibat Aktif dalam Pencegahan Bullying di Sekolah. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah  untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan remaja tentang dampak bullying, sehingga dapat menjadi bagian dalam pencegahan dan pelaporan tindakan bullying. Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan pendekatan edukatif berupa penyuluhan, pelatihan, dan simulasi kepada 227 siswa kelas XII dengan pengukuran pengetahuan melalui pre-test dan post-test. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan sebesar 26% setelah pelatihan, yang mencerminkan efektivitas metode psikoedukatif dalam mengubah pola pikir dan perilaku remaja terhadap bullying. Selain itu, kegiatan ini juga meningkatkan keberanian siswa untuk melapor serta menumbuhkan empati dan sikap saling peduli antar teman sebaya. Keterlibatan guru bimbingan konseling dan OSIS turut memperkuat keberlanjutan upaya pencegahan di sekolah. Secara keseluruhan, program ini berhasil menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang lebih aman, positif, dan inklusif, serta mendorong terciptanya generasi muda yang berkarakter dan bebas dari perilaku bullying.
