Literature Review: Faktor-Faktor yang Memengaruhi Kualitas Hidup Pasien Stroke Iskemik

Stroke adalah gangguan sirkulasi darah otak yang menyebabkan kecacatan dan kematian terbanyak kedua di seluruh dunia, yang dapat mempengaruhi kualitas hidup. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi kualitas hidup pasien stroke iskemik. Literature review ini menggunakan database Google Scholar, Pubmed dan EBSCO. Kata kunci yang digunakan adalah “ischemic stroke” dan “quality of life”. Pencarian difokuskan pada artikel yang terbit tahun 2015-2025, hasil penelitian atau systematic review dan dapat diakses secara lengkap. Artikel yang tidak memenuhi syarat tidak dilakukan analisis. Hasil penelusuran mendapatkan 352 artikel dan sebanyak 32 artikel yang memenuhi syarat. Analisis dilakukan dengan membuat ringkasan, menganalisis hasil penelitian dan membuat interpretasi berdasarkan tema yang ditentukan. Hasil analisis mendapatkan beberapa faktor yang dapat memengaruhi kualitas hidup pasien stroke iskemik, yaitu usia, jenis kelamin, tingkat pendidikan, status pekerjaan, status pernikahan, komorbiditas, status serangan, lama waktu pasca stroke, dan dukungan keluarga. Individu dengan usia lebih dari sama dengan enam puluh tahun, berjenis kelamin perempuan, tingkat pendidikan rendah, tidak bekerja, tidak menikah atau tidak memiliki pasangan, memiliki komorbiditas, mengalami serangan berulang, menderita stroke iskemik lebih dari sama dengan enam bulan, dan memperoleh dukungan keluarga yang kurang baik dapat memiliki kualitas hidup yang buruk.
