Penerapan Terapi Musik Klasik untuk Kemampuan Mengontrol Halusinasi Pendengaran pada Pasien Skizofrenia: A Case Report

Halusinasi pendengaran merupakan gejala positif yang paling sering ditemukan pada pasien skizofrenia dan dapat menurunkan kemampuan pasien dalam berinteraksi, berkonsentrasi, serta mengendalikan perilaku. Selain terapi farmakologis, terapi musik klasik dapat digunakan sebagai intervensi nonfarmakologis untuk membantu mengurangi intensitas halusinasi melalui efek relaksasi dan distraksi. Mendeskripsikan penerapan terapi musik klasik yang dikombinasikan dengan Strategi Pelaksanaan (SP) 1-4 dalam menurunkan tingkat halusinasi pendengaran pada pasien skizofrenia. Penelitian menggunakan desain case report pada seorang pasien perempuan berusia 51 tahun dengan diagnosis medis skizofrenia dan diagnosis keperawatan gangguan persepsi sensori: halusinasi pendengaran. Intervensi dilakukan selama empat hari di Ruang Flamboyan RSJ Dr. Radjiman Wediodiningrat Malang melalui penerapan SP 1-4 yang dipadukan dengan terapi musik klasik. Evaluasi dilakukan menggunakan lembar observasi berdasarkan indikator SDKI dan SLKI. Jumlah tanda dan gejala halusinasi menurun secara bertahap dari enam gejala yang membutuhkan bantuam pada pengkajian awal menjadi mandiri pada hari keempat. Pasien juga menunjukkan peningkatan kemampuan mengenali halusinasi, menerapkan teknik menghardik, mematuhi pengobatan, bercakap-cakap dengan orang lain, serta melaksanakan aktivitas terjadwal. Penerapan terapi musik klasik yang dikombinasikan dengan SP 1-4 efektif membantu menurunkan tingkat halusinasi pendengaran dan meningkatkan kemampuan kontrol halusinasi pada pasien skizofrenia. Intervensi ini berpotensi menjadi terapi komplementer yang aman dan mudah diterapkan dalam praktik keperawatan jiwa.
