Abstract

Gout arthritis merupakan salah satu penyakit inflamasi sendi yang prevalensinya terus meningkat di berbagai negara. Nyeri merupakan manifestasi klinis utama yang berdampak terhadap aktivitas sehari-hari, kualitas tidur, kemampuan fungsional, serta kualitas hidup penderita. Meskipun berbagai penelitian telah membahas faktor risiko dan penatalaksanaan gout arthritis, informasi mengenai karakteristik tingkat nyeri pasien pada pelayanan kesehatan primer di Indonesia masih terbatas. Tujuan untuk mengetahui karakteristik tingkat nyeri pada pasien gout arthritis di wilayah kerja UPTD Puskesmas 1 Baturetno Wonogiri. Penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross-sectional dilakukan pada 62 responden yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dari total populasi 196 pasien gout arthritis. Tingkat nyeri diukur menggunakan Numeric Rating Scale (NRS). Analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif menggunakan distribusi frekuensi dan persentase. Mayoritas responden berusia lebih dari 60 tahun (54,8%), berjenis kelamin perempuan (56,5%), serta telah menderita gout arthritis selama ≥5 tahun (67,7%). Tingkat nyeri terbanyak adalah nyeri sedang (43,5%), diikuti nyeri berat (38,7%) dan nyeri ringan (17,7%). Sebagian besar pasien gout arthritis mengalami nyeri sedang dengan karakteristik dominan usia lanjut, perempuan, dan lama menderita penyakit ≥5 tahun.
