The methods used include problem identification through observation and interviews with health workers, parents, and health personnel, root cause analysis using a Fishbone diagram, and prioritization of issues using the USG method (Urgency, Seriousness, Growth). The primary intervention prioritized is the creation of visual educational media in the form of short, engaging, and target-appropriate videos, supported by the development of operational plans and field implementation. The recidency result demonstrated the successful implementation of the program, with recommendations including the development of visual-based education Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), the creation of educational media, training for health workers, the screening of educational videos, community advocacy, and ongoing evaluation and monitoring. This activity demonstrates that visual-based interventions and family communication can be a realistic strategy to strengthen community health services and increase toddler participation in Posyandu.
