Analisis Intrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADL) dan Kepuasan Hidup Pasien Stroke

Stroke merupakan salah satu penyebab utama disabilitas jangka panjang yang berdampak pada kemandirian individu dalam menjalani aktivitas sehari-hari, termasuk Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADL). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara kemandirian dalam IADL dengan tingkat kepuasan hidup pada pasien stroke. Penelitian menggunakan desain deskriptif korelatif dengan teknik purposive sampling, melibatkan 70 pasien stroke yang menjalani rawat jalan di Rumah Sakit Bhaladika Husada Jember. Instrumen penelitian meliputi Lawton IADL Scale untuk menilai kemandirian dan Satisfaction with Life Scale (SWLS) untuk mengukur kepuasan hidup. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 78,7% responden berada pada kategori sebagian tergantung dalam kemandirian, dan 47,14% responden berada pada kategori agak puas terhadap kepuasan hidup. Uji Spearman menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara kemandirian IADL dan kepuasan hidup pasien stroke (p = 0,001; p < 0,05). Pasien yang lebih mandiri dalam IADL cenderung memiliki tingkat kepuasan hidup yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan pasien yang masih bergantung pada orang lain.
