Hubungan Sedentary Lifestyle, Gadget Addiction, dan Aktivitas Fisik dengan Kualitas Tidur Remaja

Kualitas tidur mempengaruhi kesehatan fisik, mental, dan akademik remaja. Faktor gaya hidup seperti sedentary lifestyle, adiksi gadget, dan aktivitas fisik diduga berpengaruh terhadap kualitas tidur. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui hubungan sedentary lifestyle, adiksi gadget, dan aktivitas fisik dengan kualitas tidur pada remaja di SMAN 1 Martapura. Desain penelitian adalah deskriptif-korelasional dengan pendekatan cross-sectional pada 97 siswa yang dipilih melalui purposive sampling. Instrumen meliputi Adolescent Sedentary Activity Questionnaire (ASAQ), Smartphone Addiction Scale–Short Version (SAS-SV), Global Physical Activity Questionnaire (GPAQ), dan Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI). Analisis menggunakan uji korelasi Spearman dengan α=0,05. Hasil analisis menunjukkan sebagian besar responden memiliki sedentary lifestyle rendah (63,9%), adiksi gadget (90,7%), aktivitas fisik tinggi (63,9%), dan kualitas tidur baik (69,1%). Uji dengan analisis korelasi Spearman menunjukkan tidak terdapat hubungan signifikan antara sedentary lifestyle (p=0,057), adiksi gadget (p=0,558), maupun aktivitas fisik (p=0,187) dengan kualitas tidur. Kesimpulan dari hasil penelitian ini tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan sedentary lifestyle, adiksi gadget, dan aktivitas fisik dengan kualitas tidur pada remaja.
