Penilaian Risiko Ergonomi pada Aktivitas Keperawatan Perawat Instalasi Gawat Darurat Menggunakan Metode REBA

Perawat memiliki peran strategis dalam pelayanan kesehatan, khususnya di Instalasi Gawat Darurat (IGD) yang memiliki karakteristik kerja dinamis, berisiko tinggi, dan menuntut kesiapsiagaan fisik. Beban kerja fisik yang tinggi dan postur kerja tidak ergonomis berpotensi meningkatkan risiko gangguan muskuloskeletal pada perawat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji risiko ergonomi pada tindakan keperawatan di ruang IGD RSUP Dr. Kariadi Semarang menggunakan metode Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA). Penelitian ini merupakan studi observasional deskriptif dengan teknik total sampling terhadap 65 perawat yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi langsung terhadap tindakan pemasangan infus pada shift pagi. Penilaian REBA dilakukan dengan mengevaluasi postur kerja seluruh bagian tubuh, yang kemudian diklasifikasikan ke dalam tingkat risiko ergonomi rendah, sedang, dan tinggi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 43,1% perawat berada pada kategori risiko ergonomi rendah, terutama pada aktivitas keperawatan ringan dengan postur relatif netral. Sebanyak 44,6% perawat berada pada kategori risiko ergonomi sedang, yang didominasi oleh aktivitas statis dengan fleksi ringan batang tubuh dan leher, seperti pemasangan infus. Sementara itu, 12,3% perawat berada pada kategori risiko ergonomi tinggi, terutama pada aktivitas mengangkat dan memindahkan pasien yang melibatkan fleksi batang tubuh berat dan beban angkat tinggi. Kesimpulan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa risiko ergonomi pada perawat IGD bervariasi sesuai jenis aktivitas dan postur kerja.
