Evaluasi Kepuasan Perawat terhadap Program Edukasi dan Pendampingan Penanganan Trauma di Instalasi Gawat Darurat

Perawatan trauma di Ruang Gawat Darurat (RGD) memerlukan respons klinis yang cepat, terstruktur, dan sesuai standar. Perawat memegang peran penting dalam penilaian awal trauma melalui pendekatan ABCDE, komunikasi SBAR yang efektif, serta kepatuhan terhadap Prosedur Operasional Standar (POS). Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Lapalo Maros menghadapi sejumlah kendala operasional, seperti variasi kompetensi perawat, beban kerja yang tinggi, serta kesiapan peralatan yang belum optimal. Kondisi tersebut menunjukkan perlunya kegiatan edukasi dan pembimbingan yang terstruktur dalam manajemen trauma. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan perawat IGD dalam manajemen trauma serta mengevaluasi tingkat kepuasan peserta terhadap program edukasi dan pembimbingan yang diberikan. Kegiatan dilaksanakan dalam bentuk sesi edukasi dan pembimbingan klinis mengenai penerapan ABCDE, komunikasi SBAR, dan implementasi POS trauma. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui survei kepuasan menggunakan kuesioner skala Likert lima poin yang mencakup aspek kejelasan materi, relevansi dengan praktik klinis, kualitas pembimbingan, kemudahan implementasi, serta kesiapan sistem pendukung. Sebanyak 21 perawat IGD berpartisipasi sebagai peserta kegiatan. Kegiatan memperoleh respons positif dengan tingkat kepuasan yang tinggi, ditunjukkan oleh skor rata-rata keseluruhan sebesar 4,57. Aspek dengan skor tertinggi meliputi kualitas pembimbingan (4,81), relevansi materi (4,71), dan kejelasan penyampaian (4,62). Beberapa aspek yang masih perlu penguatan adalah kesiapan peralatan dan dukungan lingkungan kerja. Kegiatan edukasi dan pembimbingan manajemen trauma memberikan manfaat dalam meningkatkan kompetensi perawat IGD serta mendukung penerapan standar klinis secara lebih konsisten. Penguatan dukungan sistem dan fasilitas kerja diperlukan untuk optimalisasi implementasi di lapangan.
