Abstract

Stigma publik terhadap orang dengan gangguan jiwa (ODGJ), khususnya skizofrenia dan gangguan mental berat, menjadi hambatan utama dalam pemulihan berbasis komunitas karena tingginya diskriminasi, dan rendahnya dukungan sosial. Program GARUDA JIWA (Gerakan Advokasi dan Rehabilitasi Usaha Pemberdayaan ODGJ) bertujuan untuk memberdayakan ODGJ melalui intervensi komunitas adaptif berbasis budaya guna menurunkan stigma dan meningkatkan keterlibatan sosial ODGJ. Program ini dilaksanakan di wilayah kerja Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Bondowoso dengan pendekatan community-based empowerment dan multilevel stigma intervention. Program melibatkan 12 ODGJ sebagai peserta pelatihan dan masyarakat/stakeholder sebagai audiens pementasan. Intervensi dilaksanakan melalui empat tahapan: persiapan meliputi koordinasi dengan Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Bondowoso dan mitra, pelatihan gamelan (12 kali pertemuan), pementasan publik dan sosialisasi (2 kali pertemuan). Evaluasi melalui kuisioner stigma kepada keluarga ODGJ, stakeholder dan masyarakat umum. Luaran program dideskripsikan berdasarkan (1) respon ODGJ terkait pengalaman tampil, kenyamanan, dukungan sosial, dan peningkatan rasa percaya diri; serta (2) stigma publik audiens yang diukur menggunakan Attribution Questionnaire-9 (AQ-9). Jumlah audiens yang berpartisipasi dalam evaluasi mencapai 65 orang dengan rerata usia 24,46±9,22 tahun dan mayoritas perempuan (86,15%). Skor stigma publik AQ-9 menunjukkan rerata 42,80±6,60 (rentang 29–59), dengan pola domain yang menonjol pada respons afektif (kemarahan/ketakutan) dan kecenderungan tindakan koersif, sementara dukungan segregasi relatif rendah.
