Abstract

Self-harm pada narapidana merupakan masalah serius yang berkaitan dengan kesehatan mental dan keselamatan individu di lingkungan penjara. Penelitian ini merupakan studi literatur yang bertujuan untuk memetakan berbagai intervensi psikologis yang digunakan dalam menangani self-harm di kalangan narapidana. Pencarian artikel dilakukan secara sistematis di lima database (Scopus, PubMed, EBSCO, Cambridge Core, dan Emerald) menggunakan kata kunci “intervention”, “self-harm”, dan “prisoners”, dan batasan tahun terbit 2015–2025. Lima artikel ditemukan tentang intervensi terhadap perilaku self-harm, antara lain Cognitive Behavioral Suicide Prevention (CBSP), Systems Training for Emotional Predictability and Problem Solving (STEPPS), Brief Contact Interventions (BCI), Peer-Led Problem-Support Mentors. Intervensi-intervensi ini terbukti dapat membantu narapidana dalam mengelola emosi negatif, membangun harapan, dan menciptakan lingkungan yang lebih suportif. Meskipun demikian, sebagian besar studi memiliki keterbatasan pada ukuran sampel dan keberagaman populasi,
