Studi Kualitatif: Pelayanan Kebidanan Perinatal di RSJD

Semua perempuan berisiko mengalami gangguan kesehatan mental selama masa perinatal. Namun, pelayanan kebidanan terintegrasi dengan kesehatan jiwa di RSJD Dr. Amino Gondohutomo dinilai belum optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan menggali pelayanan kebidanan perinatal pada dua kelompok ibu, yaitu tanpa gangguan mental dan dengan gangguan mental. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif melalui wawancara mendalam terhadap tenaga kesehatan, pasien perinatal tanpa gangguan mental, serta pendamping pasien perinatal dengan gangguan mental. Partisipan dipilih secara purposive sampling dan wawancara dilakukan secara daring dan luring pada September-Oktober 2025. Sebanyak 25 partisipan terlibat, terdiri atas 10 pasien tanpa gangguan mental, 5 pendamping pasien dengan gangguan mental, dan 10 bidan. Analisis data tematik menghasilkan lima tema utama. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pengalaman bidan dalam menangani kedua kelompok pasien bervariasi. Pelayanan kebidanan di IGD, poli, dan rawat inap dirasakan cukup baik, namun belum terdapat alur atau SOP khusus pelayanan kebidanan perinatal dengan gangguan mental. Koordinasi antarprofesi telah berjalan baik, namun diperlukan peningkatan edukasi dan konseling bagi pasien dan keluarga untuk memperkuat dukungan keluarga serta kolaborasi dalam perawatan kebidanan perinatal dengan gangguan jiwa.
