Abstract

Ujian klinis terstruktur objektif (OSCE) adalah salah satu metode paling kuat yang digunakan untuk penilaian keterampilan klinis pada mahasiswa keperawatan. Keterampilan inti keperawatan sangat penting bagi profesi keperawatan. Strategi pendidikan untuk membantu mahasiswa keperawatan mencapai keterampilan ini harus diatur dan dikelola sebagai komponen pendidikan berkelanjutan. Masalah langsung terkait dengan OSCE adalah mahasiswa yang mengalami perasaan negatif, termasuk ketidakpercayaan diri untuk menghadapi OSCE. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh peer OSCE terhadap tingkat kepercayaan diri dan global performa ujian OSCE ners. Penelitian akan dilakukan dengan metode quasy experiment dengan pre-post test control group design. Populasi pada penelitian yaitu mahasiswa keperawatan di Program Studi Profesi Ners Universitas dr. Soebandi dengan sampel penelitian ini sejumlah 50 responden yang direkrut dengan teknik total sampling. Variabel pada penelitian ini meliputi peer OSCE, kepercayaan diri dan global performa. Instrumen untuk variabel peer OSCE adalah menggunkan modul peer OSCE sedangkan untuk variabel kepercayaan diri menggunakan Student Satisfaction Self Confidence in learning Scale (SCLS) dan instrumen variabel global performa menggunakan global rating. Analisis deskriptif menggunakan distribusi frekuensi, sedangkan analisis inferensial menggunakan uji Wilcoxon test dan Mann Whitney. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh peer OSCE terhadap tingkat kepercayaan diri dan global performa ujian OSCE ners dengan p value 000. Peer OSCE efektif meningkatan keperceyaan diri dan globar performa mahasiswa ketika menghadapi OSCE sehingga metode ini dapat dimasukkan dalam kegiatan pembelajaran.
