Abstract

Perkembangan media sosial yang pesat telah memengaruhi berbagai aspek kehidupan remaja, termasuk perilaku sosial dan kesehatan reproduksi. Salah satu fenomena yang muncul akibat penggunaan media sosial adalah Fear of Missing Out (FOMO), yaitu perasaan khawatir tertinggal informasi, pengalaman, atau aktivitas yang dilakukan orang lain. Tingginya tingkat FOMO dapat mendorong remaja untuk mencari penerimaan sosial dan mengikuti berbagai tren yang berkembang di lingkungan pergaulan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Fear of Missing Out (FOMO) terhadap kecenderungan perilaku seksual berisiko pada remaja Sekolah Menengah Atas di Kabupaten Karangasem. Penelitian menggunakan desain kuantitatif analitik dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 382 responden yang dipilih menggunakan teknik proportional random sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner Fear of Missing Out Scale (FoMOS) dan kuesioner perilaku seksual berisiko. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan uji Spearman Rank dan regresi logistik dengan tingkat signifikansi 5%. Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara FOMO dan kecenderungan perilaku seksual berisiko (p<0,05). Remaja dengan tingkat FOMO yang lebih tinggi cenderung memiliki risiko lebih besar untuk terlibat dalam perilaku seksual berisiko dibandingkan remaja dengan tingkat FOMO yang lebih rendah. FOMO merupakan salah satu faktor yang memengaruhi kecenderungan perilaku seksual berisiko pada remaja.
