Pengaruh Intervensi Talk Down dalam Konteks Safewards terhadap Pasien dengan Perilaku Kekerasan

Kesehatan tidak hanya dilihat dari aspek fisik, tetapi juga aspek mental perlu diperhatikan untuk mencapai kesehatan yang menyeluruh. Seseorang yang mengalami gangguan pada kesehatan mental dan tidak mampu berpikir secara normal dapat dikategorikan mengalami gangguan jiwa. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis perbedaan pengaruh sebelum dan setelah pemberian intervensi talk down dalam konteks safewards terhadap pasien dengan perilaku kekerasan di UPT RSUD Madani. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan analitik menggunakan desain pra experimental. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adala pasien dengan perilaku kekerasan periode Januari–Maret yang berjumlah 96 pasien. Sampel berjumlah 34 responden, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling. Analisis data dilakukan dalam dua tahap, yaitu analisis univariat untuk menggambarkan distribusi frekuensi tiap variabel dalam bentuk jumlah (n) dan persentase (%), serta analisis bivariat untuk mengetahui hubungan antara variabel independen dan dependen menggunakan uji Wilcoxon. Hasil Penelitian: Berdasarkan hasil uji statistik wilcoxon didapatkan nilai p =0, 000. Ini terlihat nilai p (probability) lebih rendah dari nilai p value = 0,05 dimana dapat ditarik kesimpulan ada pengaruh yang signifikan mengenai pengaruh intervensi talk down dalam konteks safewards terhadap pasien dengan perilaku kekerasan di UPT RSUD Madani.
