Abstract

Penerapan Artificial Intelligence (AI) dan telerehabilitasi telah menjadi inovasi penting dalam meningkatkan efektivitas terapi pasien pasca-stroke melalui pendekatan rehabilitasi yang personal, adaptif, dan berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh penerapan AI dan telerehabilitasi terhadap pemulihan fungsi motorik, kepatuhan pasien terhadap program terapi, serta peningkatan kualitas hidup pasien stroke melalui pendekatan Systematic Literature Review (SLR). Penelusuran artikel dilakukan pada basis data PubMed, Scopus, ScienceDirect, BASE, dan Consensus dengan rentang tahun 2015–2025 menggunakan kata kunci “artificial intelligence,” “telerehabilitation,” “stroke recovery,” dan “virtual rehabilitation.” Dari 350 artikel yang ditemukan, 12 artikel primer memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan dianalisis menggunakan panduan PRISMA 2020 serta penilaian kualitas dengan Critical Appraisal Skills Programme (CASP). Hasil sintesis menunjukkan bahwa penerapan AI dan telerehabilitasi secara konsisten meningkatkan fungsi motorik pasien, memperbaiki kepatuhan terhadap program rehabilitasi melalui sistem adaptif dan umpan balik real-time, serta berkontribusi pada peningkatan kualitas hidup pasien secara signifikan. Teknologi berbasis AI seperti Virtual Reality (VR), Brain–Computer Interface (BCI), dan perangkat robotik cerdas terbukti mempercepat pemulihan melalui stimulasi neuroplastisitas dan peningkatan motivasi pasien. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa integrasi AI dan telerehabilitasi merupakan strategi inovatif dan efektif dalam manajemen rehabilitasi pasca-stroke serta memiliki potensi besar untuk menjadi model standar terapi rehabilitasi di masa depan.
