Abstract

Infeksi Soil-Transmitted Helminths (STH) masih menjadi masalah kesehatan masyarakat, terutama di wilayah dengan sanitasi buruk dan kepadatan penduduk tinggi. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk meninjau peran analisis spasial dalam pengendalian infeksi STH melalui telaah pustaka sistematis. Artikel diperoleh dari lima database utama: PubMed, ScienceDirect, SpringerLink, PLOS, dan Google Scholar, menggunakan kata kunci “soil-transmitted helminths,” “spatial analysis,” “geostatistics,” “disease mapping,” dan “GIS for public health.” Seleksi dilakukan terhadap artikel berbahasa Indonesia dan Inggris yang dipublikasikan antara tahun 2011 hingga 2024. Dari 47 artikel yang ditemukan, 15 artikel dipilih untuk dianalisis lebih lanjut berdasarkan kesesuaian topik dan kelengkapan data. Hasil telaah menunjukkan bahwa metode analisis spasial seperti pemodelan geostatistik, autokorelasi spasial, dan pemetaan spasial-temporal digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi pola penyebaran, memetakan wilayah berisiko tinggi, dan mengevaluasi program pengendalian berbasis wilayah. Analisis spasial juga mampu menggabungkan data lingkungan dan sosial-ekonomi dalam pemetaan risiko. Kesimpulannya, pendekatan analisis spasial berperan penting dalam mendukung strategi pengendalian infeksi STH secara lebih efisien dan tepat sasaran.
