Pengaruh Effort-Reward Imbalance dan Burnout terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior melalui Organizational Commitment

Berdasarkan laporan SSGI 2024 prevalensi kasus stunting di Indonesia sebanyak 19,8%, underweight sebanyak 16,8%. Berdasarkan umur, jumlah bayi (0-11 bulan) stunting sebanyak 21,6%, underweight sebanyak 9,9% dan wasting sebanyak 10,1%. Pijat bayi juga merupakan satu alternatif upaya untuk meraih derajat kesehatan yang paling sederhana yang bisa dilakukan di rumah, namun banyak ibu yang merasa takut melakukan pijat terhadap bayinya. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh pijat bayi terhadap pertumbuhan berat badan bayi. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian pre-experimental design dengan rancangan penelitian one group pretest-post-test design. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Motoboi Kecil. Sampel sebanyak 20 bayi usia 0-12 bulan. Instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan lembar checklist. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji paired t test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan rata-rata berat badan bayi sebelum dipijat adalah 4,61 kg dengan SD 0,75 dan rata-rata berat badan bayi setelah dipijat adalah 6,54 kg dengan SD 0,80. Hasil uji statistik diperoleh nilai p=0,001 (p<0,05) artinya ada pengaruh pijat bayi terhadap pertumbuhan berat badan bayi. Terdapat perbedaan rata-rata skor berat badan bayi sebelum dan sesudah diberikan pijatan dengan perbedaan rata-rata sebesar 1,93, maka dapat disimpulkan pijat bayi dapat meningkatkan pertumbuhan berat badan bayi di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Motoboi Kecil.
