Bonding Postpartum pada Ibu Remaja: Case Studi

Postpartum merupakan periode penting yang ditandai dengan perubahan fisik, psikologis, dan sosial pada ibu, di mana salah satu aspek utama adalah terbentuknya hubungan emosional antara ibu dan bayi. Ibu remaja merupakan kelompok yang berisiko mengalami gangguan dalam pembentukan hubungan tersebut akibat ketidaksiapan dalam menjalankan peran sebagai ibu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran postpartum bonding pada ibu remaja. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif dengan desain studi kasus pada satu ibu remaja yang berada pada masa postpartum. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan Postpartum Bonding Questionnaire yang telah teruji validitasnya dengan nilai 0.545-0.922 dan reliabilitasnya Chronbach’s Alpha sebesar 0.971, diisi selama dua hari masa perawatan di rumah sakit dengan pendampingan peneliti untuk memastikan pemahaman responden terhadap item pertanyaan. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif dan disajikan dalam bentuk narasi untuk menggambarkan kondisi postpartum bonding pada ibu remaja. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa postpartum bonding berada dalam kategori baik sejak hari pertama dan mengalami peningkatan pada hari kedua. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa ibu remaja tetap mampu membentuk hubungan emosional yang positif dengan bayinya melalui proses adaptasi dan interaksi setelah persalinan.
